Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing section of your dashboard. Upon cancellation, your service will remain active until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-month cancellations.
No Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our service and the risks associated with third-party platform changes (including potential account restrictions), WhatsSpot typically does not offer refunds once a plan has been activated or messages have been sent.
